Your tasks
- Support in the implementation of payroll accounting, the support group of our payroll department includes 6 offices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with around 1,200 employees
- Examination and implementation of billing-related issues, due to postings, also in an international context
- Preparation of monthly reports and statistics
- Processing of the reporting and certification system
- Creation of pre-entry tables
- Participation in the accounting of working students
- Vacation management support
- Active participation in projects such as the Bain Bike Program and the company pension scheme
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training/possibly Apprenticeship as a tax clerk or comparable degree
- Initial professional experience in payroll accounting, e.g. through an apprenticeship or internship, is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office
- DATEV & Workday knowledge desirable
- Knowledge of English desirable
- Affinity for numbers and IT
- Responsible, independent and structured way of working
- A sense of responsibility and a pronounced service orientation
