BEYOND

International Internship for women

FOR WOMEN WITH GLOBAL AMBITION

Bain's Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) program is more than just an internship, it's a springboard for an extraordinary career. The internship program Beyond is designed for women with ambition seeking to launch a global career and it's jointly offered by our Brussels and Zurich offices. You will spend 6-10 weeks in each office and therefore get the chance to gain up to four months of consulting experience in one of the world's leading management consulting firms.

PROGRAM

As an ACI your internship begins with a training. After the training, you are immediately assigned to an active case. Your analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as creative thinking and business management will be called upon from day one. You will be placed in the thick of the action as you work side by side with some of the best in the business. You are taking charge of a distinct aspect of the project, identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis and presenting your findings to stakeholders. Every day is different. As a full team member, you are exposed to a variety of business issues and quickly learn the fundamentals of Bain's core tools.

In the meantime, ACI's benefit from the mentorship of Bain's accomplished consulting staff and from our collegial office environment, in which you'll forge close relationships with fellow ACIs from both offices. While the ACI program is a vigorous learning experience, ACIs also have the opportunity in enriching activities such as social events, meetings with Bain's practice area leaders, access to Bain's Women@Bain network, plus participation in tailored professional development and training programs.
